International Litigation

Consistent with our focus on international disputes, GS professionals have appeared in courts throughout the United States representing parties in a variety of disputes. Representations include working as lead counsel for a CFO named in a multi-billion dollar securities class action; litigation related to arbitration proceedings (compelling arbitration, confirming arbitration awards, and setting aside awards); representing foreign parties in parallel proceedings in the U.S.; defending product liability claims; shareholder and partnership disputes; and litigating other commercial matters. Our experiences includes cases dealing with international sales and trade, financial instruments and securities, insurance, corporate disputes, and issues arising from commercial transactions.
