Richard DeCicca focuses his practice on tax law, estate planning and administration, and probate litigation.  He graduated cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and worked as a mechanical engineer for a Fortune 500 technology company in South Florida prior to attending law school.  Mr. DeCicca received his law degree from the University of Florida Law School, graduating cum laude, in 2007.  He practiced complex commercial litigation with a large international law firm for three years before returning to the University of Florida Law School to earn his Master of Laws Degree in Taxation in 2011.

Mr. DeCicca is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Tax Law Section of the Florida Bar.
